An inspection conducted via the Management Plan Update on March 19, 2024 revealed “No Damage” in district facilities.
You (or your child if 18 or older) has the right to (a) inspect and review the student’s educational records within 45 days of the day the District receives a written request for access; (b) request the amendment of the student’s educational records that are inaccurate or misleading; (c) consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information contained in the student’s educational records, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent; (d) to file a complaint with the U.S. Dept. of Education concerning alleged failures by the District to comply with the requirements of FERPA. If you (or your child if 18 or older) does not want his/her picture published in the school yearbook and other places or does not want directory information given to colleges and military recruiters, you must provide the school with a written request which will be reasonably honored as required. Certain information allowable by law may still be disseminated to specific organizations for educational purposes.
